Goods are offered for sale via Mail Order and also at Exhibitions. Callers are welcome but please telephone first to ensure someone will be available.

Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with all postal enquiries. Alternatively, use our online feedback form.

All orders must be accompanied by the full purchase price together with the cost for postage and packing as mentioned in our lists and also any special requirements as noted below.

Goods are normally despatched by 1st class post or by Parcel Force. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Should customers require alternative arrangements e.g. insurance cover, recorded delivery, guaranteed post, 48/72-hour courier service etc, this must be specified with the order and will be charged at cost. All overseas postage is charged at cost.

Payment can be accepted online using your credit card or Paypal account, but should you wish to pay separately, you may do so by cheque, post order, credit card or debit card.

Cheques and Postal Orders should be crossed and made payable to “Invertrain Model Railways”. I am pleased to confirm that credit & debit cards can now be accepted. If you wish to pay by this method, please ensure you give the full card details, including type (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro), card number and expiry date. If paying by Maestro, please include Issue Number where shown.

As a result of our policy of continual improvement of our products we reserve the right to amend our prices, specifications and availability without prior notice.

Please quote the catalogue reference numbers and item name on all orders. Please note that we have changed catalogue numbers on some ranges.

Should any customer be dissatisfied with any of our products they are welcome to return them unused and undamaged within 14 days of receipt for a full no quibble refund.
